General Terms and Conditions of Business

The currently valid price list shall apply
All prices are inclusive of. 19 % VAT. In the case of books the rate is 7 %.

On placing orders for saddles and made-to-measure riding costumes a down payment of 50% of the total sum is required. This may be made in cash, by crossed cheque or by bank transfer to the Raiffeisenbank Pfaffenwinkel, Account No. 520411, Sort Code 701 695 09. The remaining sum is to be paid on delivery of the merchandise.

All forwarding charges relating to the merchandise ordered are to be borne by the customer. First-time orders are delivered on a cash-on-delivery basis. The customer has the right to exchange the goods within a period of 10 days. Made-to-measure articles, however, are exempted from the right to exchange. Any goods to be exchanged must be in an impeccable state. In the case of exchanging dispatched goods, the purchase price shall be reimbursed to the customer – not, however, the forwarding charges.
The delivery period for saddles and made-to-measure articles is 2 – 3 months.
Any complaints must be submitted to us in writing within 8 days.
Return deliveries are at the risk and expense of the customer.
All goods remain the property of Boutique Lusitania until payment has been made in full.
We cannot take over liability for damages which arise due to non-deliverability of merchandise.
Place of fulfilment is Rudratsried. Merchandise is forwarded at the customer’s risk. Place of jurisdiction is Kaufbeuren.
