Every day at EQUITANA, leading experts and instructors will be holding one-day seminars on their particular speciality for students in Hall 1A.
Watch and join in!
You can apply to participate in many of our seminar days with your horse and work directly on site on your problems together with our experts. All seminars are held in German and include two sessions (morning and afternoon). For all horses participating in the seminars, a horse box is reserved for the whole day. So the horses can relax during the breaks and the participants can watch the other parts of the seminar day or visit the exhibition. Find here the application form (only in german).
If you want to join the seminar as a spectator, you can book tickets in our online ticket shop under the menu point “seminars & exhibition”. The ticket includes both seminar sessions (morning and afternoon) and the access to the exhibition.

Anja Beran has devoted herself completely to horse training with feeling and respect and will design one of the seminar days on “Classic Dressage” within the framework of EQUITANA Education. Anja Beran brings three of her own horses from her training stable Gut Rosenhof to the fair and presents her horse friendly training concept in a live demonstration with her first rider Vera Munderloh. In addition, Anja Beran will work with selected students on the balance and smoothness of these horse / rider pairs as part of a lesson.
“My sole aim is to ensure in the course of my life that an increasing number of people become familiar with the art of classical horsemanship which has become a matter of such great importance to me, and that they will also learn to appreciate it. I hope very much that a great number of riders will be able to experience serious enthusiasm for classical horsemanship in its true and original sense.“

Wie kamen Sie zu den Pferden?
Meine Mutter war selbst begeisterte Reiterin und förderte meine Leidenschaft von Anfang an – mit 12 Jahren bekam ich mein erstes eigenes Pferd – einen Vollblut Araber. Bereits da war klar, dass ich mein ganzes Leben mit Pferden zu tun haben wollte!
Was ist Ihnen bei der Ausbildung eines Pferdes am wichtigsten?
Mir ist wichtig, dass wir jedes Pferd im Rahmen seiner Möglichkeiten zum Strahlen bringen, es soll sich nicht nur körperlich verbessern, sondern auch zu einer stolzen Persönlichkeit reifen, die motiviert mit dem Reiter kooperiert. Wenn es bestimmte Schwächen hinsichtlich Gang oder Gebäude gibt, reizt es mich umso mehr.
Was würden Sie den Teilnehmern bei „EQUITANA Education“ gern vermitteln?
Ich würde gerne vermitteln, dass Gymnastizierung das Mittel zum Erfolg bedeutet. Viele uralte, in Vergessenheit geratene Übungen, sollen den Teilnehmern nahe gebracht werden, um zu zeigen, dass die klassische Dressur für jedes Problem eine Lösung bietet und wie man mit Köpfchen und Gefühl, anstatt mit Muskelkraft eine Stufe weiterkommt!

ATTENTION Friends of riding in the sidesaddle: At the EQUITANA from March, 9th – 12th in the program of the RID (Reiten im Damensattel e.V.) Vera Munderloh will introduce the Lusitano Bue in this particularly elegant way of riding.
