Marbach Classics 2018: Iberian impressions and “Carmen” of Georges Bizet

Marbach Classics 2018: Iberian impressions and "Carmen" of Georges Bizet

Last weekend it was time again: around 2,300 spectators enjoyed dancing horses to classical music at the Marbach Classics, movingly performed by the Württembergische Philharmonie Reutlingen under the direction of their former chief conductor Ola Rudner. And again Anja Beran and team were able to present their horses in this wonderful atmosphere. Besides Anja Beran on P.R.E.-stallion Ofendido the audience enjoyed Vera Munderloh with Lipizzan stallion Maestoso Stornella, Kathrin Roida with Lusitano stallion Fantasma, Silvia Wimmer with Cruzado Talismán and Steffi Seebauer with Lusitano Bue. To the sounds of Georges Bizet’s “Arragonaise” and “Habanera” from the opera “Carmen” the audience got to see Iberian impressions of the high school. These beautiful moments were captured by our photographers Maresa Mader and Ernst Lorenz.
