Impressions of our Sunday Morning Work Session in May.
Astrid von Velsen-Zerweck, stud director and hostess of the day, welcomed the audience in the fully booked indoor school in Marbach. She used this opportunity to appeal for the ethical responsibility within equestrian sport and reminded the riding world always to respect animal welfare. Anja Beran’s multi-media presentation enabled the audience to train their eyes to distinguish misunderstood dressage from training which is appropriate to the requirements of the horse and to develop an eye for the “right” role models.
At the “mounted” Christmas Oratorio in Schwaiganger, Anja Beran and her team demonstrated an impressive combination of classical music and equestrianism.
At this year’s symposium held on 19 November at Circus Krone in Munich, circus director Jana Lacey-Krone and Anja Beran addressed the subject of individual horse training.
In 10 years Sunday morning work sessions every month more than 200 visitors experience a ‘close-up’ and wide spectrum of daily work of Anja Beran and her team at Gut Rosenhof, followed by an afternoon programme involving an expert speaker on the particular topic in question.
